This three-week trip began and ended in Perth with a visit to my friend Louise to celebrate her wedding to Greg. From there, a counter-clockwise loop around the southeast of corner of Australia.

Stradbroke Island Geology Trip
My Sedimentology & Basin Analysis class visited one of Brisbane’s barrier islands to study the road cuts, rocky beaches, and silica and rutile mining facilities. The boys use any excuse to jump in the water.
